What is fashion?

When it comes to fashion we think of our clothes and wearable. However, this alone is not fashion.

Fashion means anything that is in trend. Hence, we can say, trend is fashion.

For example, divorce in America is a fashion but not in India. Communism was a fashion twenty years back but not now.

Fashionable means keeping up to date. It is smart. It does not mean just looking smart with latest clothes.
